These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the peso1 platform and all services offered through peso1.app. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating a peso1 account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and peso1. You must be 21 years of age or older and located in an eligible jurisdiction to use peso1 services. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User," "you," or "your") of the peso1 online gaming platform, accessible at peso1.app and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications (collectively, the "Platform"). The peso1 Platform is intended for use by individuals located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is legal in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. peso1 does not guarantee that its services are legal or appropriate for use outside the Philippines.
To create a peso1 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: a valid Philippine mobile number, a date of birth confirming you are 21 or older, and any additional details required during the know-your-customer (KYC) verification process. You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the peso1 Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
peso1 is required to verify the identity of its users under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be requested to provide government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at registration, prior to making withdrawals, or at any time at peso1's reasonable discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
The following categories of individuals are strictly prohibited from registering a peso1 account: persons under 21 years of age; persons who are self-excluded from gambling; current employees and directors of peso1 or its affiliates; and persons for whom online gambling is prohibited under any applicable law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your peso1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. peso1 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a unique password not shared with any other service.
You must notify peso1 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or suspected compromise of, your account. peso1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurred prior to notification, where such access was attributable to your failure to maintain adequate account security.
You represent and warrant that all information provided to peso1, both at registration and throughout your use of the Platform, is accurate, truthful, and up to date. You are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes. peso1 may, at its discretion, verify account information at any time and may suspend accounts where discrepancies are identified.
Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the peso1 Platform. If peso1 determines that a User holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — peso1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any bonuses obtained across those accounts, and withhold winnings pending investigation.
peso1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, QR Ph, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). peso1 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency; no currency conversion is performed on the Platform.
The minimum deposit on peso1 is ₱5 (five Philippine Pesos). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱50 (fifty Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may be subject to limits depending on the payment method used and your account verification status. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and QR Ph withdrawals are typically processed instantly or within minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) to four (4) business hours for standard amounts. peso1 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above threshold amounts.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated peso1 account may be suspended pending investigation.
peso1 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own fees for certain transaction types. peso1 is not responsible for fees applied by third-party payment processors.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional rewards offered by peso1 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements; contribution rates by game category are detailed in the individual bonus terms.
peso1 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or close an account, if peso1 determines that a User has attempted to abuse any promotion. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk betting strategies designed to harvest bonus value without genuine gameplay intent; and colluding with other users to exploit promotional structures.
peso1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonus funds already credited to a User's account in good faith prior to the change.
All games available on the peso1 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, peso1's system logs shall be the authoritative record of game outcomes. peso1 reserves the right to void any game round in which a verifiable technical error materially affected the outcome.
All real-money game results on peso1 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for computer-dealt games, or by live dealer draws for live-streamed table games. peso1 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term statistical average for each game and are not a guarantee of results in any individual session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of peso1.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, peso1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
peso1's total liability to you in connection with any matter arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your peso1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
peso1 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. peso1 will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the peso1 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on peso1, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
peso1 handles personal data in compliance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as overseen by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
You may close your peso1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, all pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any remaining balance (less applicable fees or bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.
peso1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if peso1 determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory authority.
Upon termination for breach, peso1 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance and bonus funds pending investigation and recovery of any amounts obtained through prohibited conduct.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their validity, interpretation, performance, or termination — shall first be attempted to be resolved through peso1's internal complaint resolution process. You may submit a formal complaint by contacting peso1 support at the contact details in Section 15.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of submission, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
peso1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via notification to your registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed in the Meta section at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the peso1 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
